Licensing and Certifications: Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid California Driver's License.
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California. Education and Experience:
A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from an accredited law school;
AND Five (5) years of full-time broad and extensive professional civil legal experience, including experience in providing legal services for a government agency and two (2) years in supervisory or management capacity.
