Board of Directors

Description of Committee

The Board of Directors generously provide their time, expertise, and leadership to bring your organization quality insurance products and services. Board members actively manage, develop, and oversee the EIA and its future. Meetings are held three times a year, on the first Friday of March, June, and October.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations and affairs
  • Review and adopt annual operating budget
  • Elect officers and Executive Committee members
  • Vested with authority to exercise all powers and conduct business for the EIA
