Description of Committee

  • Eleven member committee, including
  • Nine voting and two alternate committee members, with
  • One designated public entity representative voting seat
  • Typically meets 4 to 6 times a year at the PRISM office or by web conference
  • Committee members are participants in the Primary Workers’ Compensation Program
  • Program committee that makes all decisions regarding the Program

Responsibilities

  • Reviews all matters pertaining to the PWC Program, including:
    • Program funding
    • Coverage
    • Claims
    • Program services
    • New member applications
