The Employee Assistance Program has been designed to help public sector employers and employees effectively manage unique workplace issues. Offered through Managed Health Network (MHN), the program includes a dedicated management consultant, additional hours per year for management consultations and critical incident stress debriefing, preferred pricing, and a pooled renewal for greater long-term rate stability.
Benefits of the program include premium savings, custom plan designs, and contract enhancements specific to public entities. Additionally, the PRISM Life Program now includes a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ComPsych.
The RIME Program is an AARP endorsed program that allows entities to offer their Medicare Eligible retirees individual Medicare Products through United Healthcare. The program offers potential savings for both the entity and retiree.
Personal Lines Insurance Program (PLIP) offers a practical group savings for public entities employees/retirees.
