Tentative Schedule of Events:

Wednesday, March 4, 2020

• Executive Committee Dinner - 6:00 p.m. at Seasons 52

Thursday, March 5, 2020

• Hot Breakfast Buffet - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Member Discussion/Networking Group Meetings - 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  Similar to what we did in October, we will hold discussion group/networking meetings for the members Thursday at 9:00 a.m. (before the Executive Committee meeting). The discussion group topics have not yet been finalized, but one will be discussion regarding EAP & Mental Health Services for Public Safety Employees. 
• Executive Committee Meeting (All members are welcome to attend) - 10:15 a.m. to Noon
• Lunch - Noon to 1:00 p.m.
• Thursday Workshops: 

  School House Rock Revisited: The California Legislature in 2020 (1:00 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.)

  Early Resolution Through Communication and Collaboration (2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

• Board of Directors Social and Dinner - 6:00 p.m.

Friday, March 6, 2020

• Hot Breakfast Buffet - 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting - 8:30 a.m. to Noon
• Board of Directors Lunch - Noon to 1:00 p.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting (resumes if necessary) - 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

*A separate meeting notice will be sent for any additional meetings scheduled after this notice.

Dress is business casual for all meetings and functions.

Pursuant to the EIA’s Travel Reimbursement Policy and Travel Guidelines, if a member requests travel to be booked on their behalf and cannot honor the reservation, the member is responsible for cancelling the reservation in a timely manner to avoid a charge. In the event the reservation is not cancelled in a timely manner, causing the Authority to be billed, the member will be charged for that reservation. Please contact Alicia Smith with any questions.
