Job Description
The Senior Information Technology Specialist’s primary responsibilities will include development support of the EIA’s information management system (enterprise/proprietary), website and other communication platforms.
The EIA collaborates with a 3rd party vendor in the development and delivery of web applications. This position will partner with the vendor. This position will be an integral part of the EIA’s Digital Team which includes two Senior IT Specialists that perform business analysis and project management work, two IT Specialist’s responsible for content and communications, and an IT Clerical Assistant primarily responsible for data entry and information management. The position will report directly to the Information Technology Manager. The entire team adheres to the Agile with Scrum framework.
The ideal candidate will have an Associates’ Degree or higher or at least five years of increasingly responsible work experience in Information Technology development work or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Special Requirements
Possession of a valid State of California Driver’s License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, or the ability to obtain one within the first month of employment. Proof of auto insurance with no exclusion for business use is required.
