**2018 October Board of Directors Meeting Schedule & Locations Guide**
Wednesday, October 3, 2018
- 27th Annual Golf Outing at Chardonnay Golf Club - 9:00 a.m. meet in the Embassy Suites lobby to carpool to the golf course.
- Culinary Institute Tasting Event - 10:30 a.m. meet in the Embassy Suites lobby to await pickup.
- Dinner - On behalf of the EIA, you are invited to join us for dinner at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch at 6 p.m. (appetizers at 6 p.m. - dinner at 6:45 p.m.). The restaurant is located 25 minutes from Embassy Suites Napa Valley. Due to the distance, transportation will be provided to and from dinner. Please be in the lobby at 5:15 p.m. sharp to shuttle over to dinner. We hope you can make it - we will share food, drinks, and each other's wonderful company!

- Executive Committee Meeting (All members are welcome to attend) - 9:30 a.m. to noon (located in the Chardonnay Ballroom)
- Committee/Workshop Lunch - Noon to 1 p.m. (located in the Fountain Court)
- Workshop: Responses to the Homeless in Our Community; Reptile Theory - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (located in the Chardonnay Ballroom)
- Board of Directors Social and Dinner - Meet on the Fountain Court at Embassy Suites Napa Valley for drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 6 p.m., and dinner at 7 p.m.

- Hotel Hosted Breakfast Buffet - 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. (located in the Embassy Suites Atrium)
- Board of Directors Meeting - 8:30 a.m. to noon (located in the Chardonnay Ballroom)
- Board of Directors Boxed Lunch - 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. (located in the Fountain Court)
- Board of Directors Meeting (resumes if necessary) - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (located in the Chardonnay Ballroom)
*A separate meeting notice will be sent for any additional meetings scheduled after this notice.
Additional Information
Embassy Suites Napa Valley is located approximately 90 minutes away from the Sacramento International Airport. A rental car or ride hailing services of your choosing will be necessary if flying into Sacramento.
Please note that there is complimentary Wi-Fi in your sleeping room and the meeting room as well.
Dress is business casual for all meetings and functions. The weather in Napa in October is often in the high 70's in the day and low 50's at night - so please keep this in mind while picking attire so you can be comfortable during your stay.
