Overview

The health and safety of our members, staff and business partners is our highest priority. At the same time, there are certain things, like adoption of the 2020/21 budget and program renewals, that must be addressed by the Board before the start of the coming fiscal year. Therefore, we will still need to hold the June 5^th Board meeting, but will do so via Zoom instead of at the Hilton Arden West in Sacramento.

To ensure this meeting is efficient for all, below are some important things to know:

• We need at least 32 Board Members to participate to have a quorum. 
• Please register to let us know whether or not you can attend.
• Instructions for using Zoom will be provided with the agenda material, please review it closely for special instructions.
• On meeting day, please be sure to log into the meeting early so we can start on time
• We will make every effort to move through the material efficiently and provide an opportunity for questions and comments.
• We will conclude as quickly as we can, but please be prepared to stay until all action items are concluded. We will do our best to move informational items to the end of the agenda.
