Tentative Schedule of Events

Wednesday, October 4, 2017

• 26th Annual Golf Outing at Pajaro Valley Golf Club - 8:00 a.m. meet in the Seascape lobby to carpool to the golf course.
• Brew Cruz Tour -  11:45 a.m. meet in the Seascape lobby to await pickup. 
• Dinner - On behalf of the EIA, you are invited to join us for dinner at Bittersweet Bistro at 6 p.m. sharp.  The restaurant is located 2 miles from Seascape (less than a 10 minute drive).  We will share food, drinks, and each other's wonderful company.

Thursday, October 5, 2017

• Hot Breakfast Buffet - 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
• Executive Committee Meeting (All members are welcome to attend) - 9:30 a.m. to noon
• Committee/Workshop Lunch - Noon to 1 p.m.
• Workshop:  Life After Legalization; Succession Roundtable - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Board of Directors Social and Dinner - Meet on the Bluff Patio at Seascape for drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 6 p.m., and dinner at 7 p.m.

Friday, October 6, 2017

• Hot Breakfast Buffet - 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting - 8:30 a.m. to noon
• Board of Directors Lunch - 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting (resumes if necessary) - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

*A separate meeting notice will be sent for any additional meetings scheduled after this notice.

Additional Information

Seascape Beach Resort is located approximately one hour away from the San Jose International Airport. A rental car or ride hailing services of your choosing will be necessary if flying into San Jose. 

Please note that there is complimentary Wi-Fi in your sleeping room and the meeting room as well.

Dress is business casual for all meetings and functions.  The weather in Santa Cruz in October can be unpredictable so it is encouraged to bring layers so you are comfortable during your stay.
