Tentative Schedule of Events

Wednesday, October 5, 2016

• 25th Annual Golf Outing at Riverwalk Golf Club - 9:00 a.m. meet in the Andaz lobby to carpool to the golf course.
• USS Midway Museum Tour -  9:00 a.m. meet in the Andaz  lobby to await pickup. 
• Dinner - On behalf of the EIA, you are invited to join us for dinner at Cafe Sevilla at 6 p.m. sharp.  The restaurant is a 10-minute walk from the Andaz.  We will share tapas, paella, and each other's wonderful company.

• Hot Breakfast Buffet - 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
• Executive Committee Meeting (All members are welcome to attend) - 9 a.m. to noon
• Committee/Workshop Lunch - Noon to 1 p.m.
• Workshop:  New Directions in Crisis Management - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Board of Directors Social and Dinner - Meet on the roof for drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 6 p.m., and dinner at 7 p.m.

Friday, October 7, 2016

• Hot Breakfast Buffet - 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting - 8:30 a.m. to noon
• Board of Directors Lunch - 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting (resumes if necessary) - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

*A separate meeting notice will be sent for any additional meetings scheduled after this notice.

Additional Information

If you are flying in to the San Diego International Airport, you may take a cab or other ride-hailing service to and from the hotel, which is only 5 miles from the airport.  Parking at the hotel is expensive, and this is the economical way to go.
