Please join us in celebrating the official rebranding of Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management: PRISM. We have now received the 2/3 majority vote from our Board of Directors members that was needed to adopt the Amended JPA. This means that we will officially become PRISM as of June 30, 2020. 2020/21 Renewal Billing 
The EWC, PWC, GL1, GL2 and Miscellaneous Programs renew on July 1, 2020. The EWC, PWC, GL2, GL2, and Property invoices (separately for each program) are scheduled to be emailed the week of June 22. These invoices will be dated July 1, 2020. If you participate in a Miscellaneous Program, your invoices will be emailed after July 1. If you have questions or concerns about the billing, please contact the Underwriting Department.
Fiscal Year 19/20 Member Expenses Due July 10
Just a friendly reminder that all expenses related to the 2019/20 fiscal year must be turned in to PRISM accounting by July 10. This includes all member expenses related to travel prior to June 30, 2020. For further information or questions, please contact Ven Barrameda, or accounting.
PRISM W-9
We are working with the IRS on the PRISM name change which is anticipated in the next few weeks. We are only able to issue a new W-9 once we get a confirmation from the IRS. Please continue to use our existing name on the payments/checks/invoices until then. Please feel free to reach out to the finance department if you have any questions.
