EIA Office Remains Open
We hope that you and your loved ones are healthy during this challenging time.
As COVID-19 continues to impact all of us, we want to ensure that our members are fully informed on how the EIA is prepared to ensure that we continue to work with you during this difficult period.
We want to let you know, that the EIA office remains open and operational although we have implemented a voluntary work from home policy for our employees that is consistent with the March 17, 2020 directive issued by the Sacramento County Health Department. We anticipate there should be no interruption to our services. Our business continuity plan ensures that during this period we are able to offer our members continued service and uninterrupted access to staff via phone, zoom video conferencing and/or email communications.
We understand that this is a challenging time, both with regards to COVID-19 and how this relates to our coverage program renewals. We will continue to address EIA meetings based on their own circumstances or necessity, with a bias toward remote/WebEx meetings for our members and staff. As feels prudent, we have banned non-essential travel until further notice.
We will continue to update all of our members and service partners as developments occur, but for the meantime we hope everyone remains safe. If you have any questions please reach out and let us know.
