Healthcare Alternatives: Is Leaving CalPERS Medical a Viable Option?
Join us for an informational webinar to discuss whether leaving the CalPERS medical plans makes sense for your entity. We will discuss the legal and labor relations aspects of participation in CalPERS health plans that determine whether leaving CalPERS is a viable option. We will also consider whether existing employer contribution to premiums and enrollment in your plans makes your group a candidate to obtain coverage outside of CalPERS at competitive rates. We will conclude with an outline of a process that would facilitate consideration of, and eventual migration to, non-CalPERS health plans. Presented by one of the leading consultants in the industry, Tom Sher, Senior Vice President, Alliant Employee Benefits.
