Performing Remote Employee Ergonomic Assessments Training
Training on Performing Remote Employee Ergonomic Assessments is now available on PRISMtv! This informative webcast will explain how employers can perform ergonomic assessments of an employee's home office workstation remotely. To complete the process an employee will complete a self-evaluation and submit to the evaluator, who is then able to provide simple solutions to some common ergonomic hazards in the home office setting.
School Administrators Guide to Preventing Sexual Abuse & Misconduct 
PRISM is pleased to announce the release of the School Administrators Guide to Preventing Sexual Abuse & Misconduct. This guide was created in partnership with several subject matter experts in the prevention of sexual abuse and misconduct. The guide contains 8 sections that can be used for guidance when creating and executing a School’s Sexual Abuse and Misconduct Prevention Policy. W-9 Update
We are continuing to work with the IRS on the PRISM name change which has been delayed significantly due to IRS office closures during the pandemic. We anticipate that we will be able to finalize in the coming months. We are only able to issue a new W-9 once we get a confirmation from the IRS. Please continue to use our existing EIA name on the payments/checks/invoices until then. Please feel free to reach out to the finance department if you have any questions.
