New On-Demand Webcast

New Interactive Process Manual
The Interactive Process Manual for California Public Agency Employers has just been updated! Hot off the press, the 6th edition includes up-to-date information on conducting interactive processes, evaluating and implementing reasonable accommodations, and maintaining defensible documentation – including a completely new comprehensive section on the impact of COVID-19 on all types of reasonable accommodations. Also available is a corresponding on-demand webcast on PRISMtv, in which the Eyres Law Group introduces the updated manual and highlights changes.
Title IX Regulations 
Issued by the Department of Education, new Title IX regulations go into effect on August 14, 2020. Noteworthy changes can be reviewed on the Lozano Smith website. PRISM recommends you review and update your policies and procedures accordingly.

EPA Webcast: COVID-19 in Indoor Air
The EPA will host a webcast on July 16, at 10:00 am, to discuss fundamental principles related to COVID-19 in aerosols and will include several practical scenarios including cars, bathrooms, and classrooms. To register, visit the EPA website.
