Staff continues to update this page, so check back regularly.
Mental Wellness Webcast Series
The CDE, in partnership with Wellness Together, is hosting a three-part webcast series titled Supporting You Supporting Students: Providing Tools for the Challenging Times. The first webcast aired on April 9, but two remaining webcasts will stream live on April 16 and 23 at 1:00 pm. The series features an ongoing discussion to highlight practices, programs, and policies to strengthen student supports amid school closures.

Best Practices for Successful Telecommuting Webcast
Join us April 21 at 9:00 am on EIAtv for Best Practices for Successful Telecommuting presented by Eyres Law Group. The webcast will cover accommodation plans, telework agreements, policy specifics, and strategies for managing a remote workforce.
FEMA Funding and Grants Portal Training

FEMA has scheduled webinars to review how to submit a request for public assistance (RPA) and navigate the grants portal system. For a list of webinars held this week, click here. Please note that times are listed in Eastern Standard Time. In addition to submitting an RPA, applicants must also complete and return an OES 130 Authorized Agent Resolution and an OES 89 form to CalOES to receive funding. For additional funding requirements or questions, please contact CalOES.
