Description of Committee

  • Seven member committee, including
  • Five voting and two alternate committee members
  • Typically meets 3 to 4 times a year, with at least 1 meeting at the EIA office
  • Committee members are participants in the Primary General Liability Program
  • Program committee that makes all decisions regarding the Program

Responsibilities

  • Reviews all matters pertaining to the PGL Program, including:
    • Program Funding
    • Coverage
    • Claims
    • Program services
    • New member applications
