Comprehensive Update on the Requirements of the California Peace Officers’ and Firefighters’ Procedural Bill of Rights: Managing Investigations, Enforcing Discipline, Developing Defensible Documentation, Assuring Due Process, and the New Requirements for Disclosure of Peace Officer Personnel Records

This webcast will provide a complete compliance refresher and update on all procedural rights and responsibilities for public safety personnel.
