Wednesday, October 2, 2019

• 28th Annual Golf Outing at Big Trees Golf Course - 8:30 a.m. meet in the Tenaya Lodge lobby to carpool to the golf course.
• Dinner - On behalf of the EIA, you are invited to join us for dinner at Tenaya Lodge at 6 p.m. (appetizers at 6 p.m. - dinner at 7 p.m.).  The dinner will be held onsite at the resort in the Salon ballroom.  We hope you can make it - we will share food, drinks, and each other's wonderful company!

• Breakout Sessions - 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
• Executive Committee Meeting (All members are welcome to attend) - 10:00 a.m. to noon (located in the Salon Ballroom)
• Committee/Workshop Lunch - Noon to 1 p.m. (located on the Terrace)
• Workshop:  Bridging the Gap: Risk Management and Law Enforcement; Cyber Attacks: Panel Discussion on Finding Solutions - 1 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (located in the Salon Ballroom)
• Board of Directors Social and Dinner - Meet on the Summerdale Outdoor Area at the Tenaya Lodge for drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 6 p.m., and dinner at 7 p.m.

• Board of Directors Meeting - 8:30 a.m. to noon (located in the Salon Ballroom)
• Board of Directors Boxed Lunch - 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. (located in the Forest View Room)
• Board of Directors Meeting (resumes if necessary) - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (located in the Salon Ballroom)

Additional Information

Tenaya Lodge is 63 miles from the Fresno Yosemite Airport. Please note that there are limited flight options, most requiring 1-2 layovers to reach your destination. 

Sacramento International Airport as well as Oakland International Airport are both roughly 200 miles from Tenaya Lodge but have significantly more direct flight options for you to choose from.

Please note that there is complimentary Wi-Fi in your sleeping room and the meeting room as well.

Dress is business casual for all meetings and functions.  The weather in Yosemite in October is often in the low to mid 70's in the day and low 40's at night - so please keep this in mind while picking attire so you can be comfortable during your stay.
