PRISM Presents “Insurance and Indemnification in Public Entity Contracts” – The Zoom Webinar

Do you know the difference between hold harmless provisions and indemnification language in contracts?  Do you understand the nuances of the duty to defend? Do you know why it is important to have your entity listed as an additional insured on an endorsement to your contractor’s policy rather than simply be listed as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance?
