This webinar will explore the range of ethics and public integrity laws and regulations that govern California government entities in public employment, services, and programs. The presenter will begin with a review the range of laws that impact the workplace and public service, as well as those governing elected officials. We will then provide a comprehensive, yet practical approach to addressing policy particulars, including vetting existing practices, crafting defensible procedures, and communicating important principles to all stakeholders.
