Overview

One of the greatest benefits of being a PRISM member is the ability to meet folks from other entities who are dealing with the same issues that you are.  That is why for our upcoming board workshop we are introducing the PRISM Power Hour. Our goal is to provide members with the opportunity to both collaborate with and learn from each other. We’ll address issues such as:

• Do you have a problem question or issue that is sitting on your desk? 
• Are you struggling with what direction to go with a certain task? 
• Are you curious as to how others have handled certain problems?
• Perhaps you have questions/concerns about how to allocate limited resources during the coming year or are wondering what others are looking at doing to address anticipated budget shortfalls? 
• Maybe you have questions regarding how other entities are handling return to work issues related to COVID or other COVID-related matters?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, send us those questions/issues and we will discuss those questions with you and your fellow members during this workshop session.  Send us your issues/questions by September 29.  We look forward to seeing you at the workshop!
