Pursuant to the EIA’s Travel Reimbursement Policy and Travel Guidelines, if a member requests travel to be booked on their behalf and cannot honor the reservation, the member is responsible for cancelling the reservation in a timely manner to avoid a charge. In the event the reservation is not cancelled in a timely manner, causing the Authority to be billed, the member will be charged for that reservation.
