Crisis ThreeSixty – A New Crisis Management Service for GLI

July 17th, 2013

Man-made catastrophic losses, or Crisis Management Events (CME), can happen at any time, and when they do there is often the potential for significant adverse regional or national media coverage of the event.

Crisis ThreeSixty is a free benefit provided through Ironshore to Members participating in the GL1 Program above the $5 Million pool. Its purpose is to assist Members in minimizing potential harm as a result of a CME that has, or may result in, damages or loss covered by the EIA and Ironshore.

Crisis ThreeSixty provides two specific forms of coverage. The first coverage provides up to $50,000 per occurrence, and covers reasonable and necessary fees and expenses, such as printing, mailing, and advertising, incurred by a Crisis Management Firm hired by the Member in connection with a CME. The second coverage, for up to $100,000 per occurrence, provides coverage for Costs arising out of a CME such as medical, funeral, travel, and temporary living expenses.

Crisis Management Events should be reported to Ironshore within 24 hours of the time a Key Executive first becomes aware of the CME. Ironshore can be reached at 1-866-795-1414.

The following firm is an approved Crisis Management Firm.
