On October 7th, the Board of Directors approved circulation of proposed amendments to Addendum A – Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration Guidelines and Addendum B – Liability Claims Administration Guidelines to program members for review and comment. Complete details, including a redline/strikeout version of both documents are available. We encourage you to share the proposed amendments with your claims staff or others within your organization who may have comments to share. All comments are due by January 13, 2012.
