    Hello. Two things:

Section I.E. Medicare Reporting – do you mean to reference “MMSEA Section 111″, rather than “SCHIP Section 111″?

Section III.D.4. Disability Management – the point of the section is understood, but the intent in adding the word “particularly” is unclear. Could you clarify what you are trying to accomplish?

The other changes appear clear and reasonable.

SCHIP is the section of the MMSEA that deals with the fines and penalties assessed for failure to report as required. To make it more clear and avoid confusion, we can incorporte MMSEA into this wording.

The intent in adding the word “particularly” was to try to keep people aware that the interacvitve process can be applied any time throughout the life of a claim, but our focus is on when there are permanent work restrictions.
