Staff Analyzing Impact of Transfers on EIA Property Program

March 2, 2007:  Advised Board that court transfers are taking place; however, there is a July 1, 2007 statutory deadline that may be extended by the legislature.  Staff is analyzing the impact on the EIA Property Program and will produce a “white paper”.  The mechanism for transfer of SRL-V building will be a JPA pooled mechanism and is currently under development by the SWG.
