EIA's Work with Robotic Process Automation Featured
The EIA’s recent implementation of robotic process automation with UiPath was featured in Techwire. Gina Dean, COO, and Tom Pelster, CIO, discussed the efficiency of RPA through utilizing a bot in the EIA’s Claims Department. The bot, affectionately named Little Debbie, has taken on some of the repetitive tasks of Claims Assistant Debbie Arnold, freeing her to focus on more substantive, critical thinking work.
