Approved Timeline with Target Launch Date, New “A” Deal

July 23, 2009: Third meeting of the ERIA Board. Approved timeline with October 30th target launch date. A new option to have the EIA Property Program provide an inner dedicated limit of $50M is the new “A” deal. Formal request will be made to the EIA Property Committee.

April 30, 2009: The first meeting of the ERIA Board of Directors selected Kristin McMenomey, Mendocino County as President, and Susan Orr, Kern County as Vice President. ERIA Becomes JPA
